Economy Heating has been in business for over 30 years and is looking to add to their growing operations in the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.

We are currently looking for an experience propane technician.

Duties Include:

• Installation on new tanks, running propane lines, and new heating systems
• Repair of existing heating systems.
• Preparing estimates for potential installs.
• Sourcing parts from our suppliers.
• Performing service calls
• Will be added to an on-call rotation for our 24 hour service operations

Company service truck is provided. The truck is complete with a crane, drift tanks, tool boxes, etc..

Tools are not provided.

We provide 4 sick and 2 personal days, and paid holidays. We are an employee owned company and offer an employee stock ownership plan.

Pay is determined based on experience.

Economy Heating has been in business for more than 30 years. We are looking for qualified candidates.

Job Duties:

• The job includes delivering home heating oil or propane to customers across a designated delivery area. 
• Pre-trip and post-trip logs
• Loading fuel truck before and after deliveries are made
• Communicate with our office about deliveries that cannot be fulfilled
• CDL B license with tanker and hazmat endorsements required

Benefits include:

The applicant must have a class B CDL license, as well as a tanker and hazmat endorsement.

We are looking to fill this position immediately. There are multiple positions available. We are hiring in our New Milford, PA and Port Crane, NY location. 

Pay is determined based upon experience. Starting pay is $21/hr.
